For apartments booking 30% of the total price must be paid as a deposit into the bank account which will be given by e-mail or fax. Customers who book a room for a stated number of days and do not use the room for the full time are obliged according to the law, to compensate the company with half the agreed total price. ”Fanis Apartments” is obliged to return the full deposit if notice of cancellation is given at least 20 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise the deposit is non-returnable. Rooms are available for customers use at 15:00 of arrival day and to be vacated at 12:00 on the day of departure.
